Returns & Exchanges

At Beerwulf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew; however, if you change your mind, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for quality and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on non-perishable goods and full, sealed kegs or packs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Beerwulf account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that beer taps, kegs, or bottles are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery addresses.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier point; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
