How are the beers packaged for delivery?
We use specially designed, reinforced cardboard packaging to ensure your beer bottles and cans arrive safely and without breakage.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a subscription service for beer taps?
We offer various subscription options for SUB Kegs and BLADE Kegs, allowing you to receive fresh beer at regular intervals with a discount.
What happens if a bottle in my order is damaged?
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team with a photo of the breakage, and we will arrange a refund or replacement immediately.
